  1. Gabe,
Neighbor Kevin here. When I arrived on your website, I was greeted by the episode about finding the perfect chicken wing. That was interesting in itself (and no more appropriate place to start listening to a Buffalo/guys-based food podcast) but it just so happens that I have been on a quest to find the perfect baked chicken wing. Your link to J. Kenji López-Alt’s recipe was greatly appreciated. We have fairly regular Friday evening BYO food get togethers on a deck near you and I’m looking forward to taking these out for a drive. One episode in and there’s already something I can use. Good job!

Great job explaining the many ways to have a burger, so many choices. I love a great burger as you know. Have a great day.

  3. Excellent podcast Gabe, love listening! I made your ham & cheese strata yesterday to have as a nosh when we were watching football. We loved it and like you said it was very easy to prepare.
    All the best,
    Tom

  4. Excellent first episode. Had just spent the evening sharing food stories and recipes with one of my new co-coworkers over drinks. In the midst of it, I referred him to your site and podcast. Looking forward to more.

  5. Great idea, Gabe. Glad to see you are pursuing one of your passions. Would like to be kept informed on this – even if I seem to be a microwave kind of guy!

I am very happy to see this much needed website. This will be a great way to share ideas about food, and old family recipes. Wishing you my best wishes.
